Monthly Movement: Mind Body Medicine With Stacy Crawford

Join Stacy Crawford, a Mind-Body Medicine (cmbm.org) trained practitioner to learn about the philosophy and transformative power of mind-body medicine and to experience two moving meditation practices. 

Mind-body medicine is an approach to health that focuses on the interactions between the mind, body, and behavior to promote overall well-being. It emphasizes the role of the mind in physical health, acknowledging that thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and attitudes can directly affect the body's physiological functioning. From a variety of  different tools, Stacy will allow us to experience a few practices that allow both mind and body to relax, restore, and reconnect.

Both practices are valuable to coaches and non-coaches and are accessible to all abilities.
